Very helpful When I expressed doubt that my “new” car needed services as it had less than 2500 miles on it Mr. Truitt immediately said not to do it if I felt it wa When I expressed doubt that my “new” car needed services as it had less than 2500 miles on it Mr. Truitt immediately said not to do it if I felt it wasn’t needed. After a little discussion I had to laugh at myself as I remembered that it was my policy twice a year and doing that allowed me to drive my previous car for 18 years. I asked Mr. Truitt if he could help me figure out a couple of things that the service manual made to sense to me on. He was determined that I would not leave until all questions were answered. He got me the help I needed and I’m truly grateful to “Miss Sue” for her patience with me as she made sure all questions were answered. The only complaint I have so far is that service manual..... it makes no sense at all on certain functions of the car. All in all it was a pleasant experience. More

Not so quality service Purchased a truck from Master Gmc bc I thought this was a quality dealership. I felt like my truck had not been inspected before I purchased it. The o Purchased a truck from Master Gmc bc I thought this was a quality dealership. I felt like my truck had not been inspected before I purchased it. The oil change was on 24 percent was on and had I not went thru the options I would not have known. After two days of driving the seal behind the trans was leaking. After two days of not hearing anything about the truck I just purchased I had to call and check on my vehicle. I got the run around about what was going on with it after five days of not having my truck and having to daily check on it, finally it was ready. I got no paper work on the work that was done and again my oil had not been reset . If I can trust the service people to work on my truck where I purchased it what am I supposed to do More
