Scheduled Appointments Pointless I scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I showed up 10 minutes early. My vehicle wasn’t taken back til 15 minutes after my appoin I scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I showed up 10 minutes early. My vehicle wasn’t taken back til 15 minutes after my appointment time. It took them over 2 hours to complete oil change/tire rotation. Every other GMC dealer I have been to got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. More
