Everyone is knowledgeable in their department and gives friendly and professional service. Bernard Hughes has assisted me on several occasions when I have purchased vehicles and he has always helped me with the best deal possible. I can’t say enough about Will Schaefer. This company from the top down has integrity and they are honest in everything they do. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle. They did not clean the inside of the vehicle. First visit back in over 3 years I recently had an issues with our 2016 Yukon XL Denali. It felt like the transmission was slipping. The vehicle is out of the 3 year/ 36k warranty b I recently had an issues with our 2016 Yukon XL Denali. It felt like the transmission was slipping. The vehicle is out of the 3 year/ 36k warranty but I do have an extended plan. I felt this was an urgent issue and the service department was able to get me schedule the next day. I haven't been in since I had multiple issues with my 2015 Sierra HD Denali and was treated poorly by the service manager. The rest of the staff was always pleasant. I figured I would give Masters another chance. David took great care of me. He found the issues and it was a know problem by GM. He also found another issue and was able to get it covered and have the Yukon back to me that day. I am pleased with my experience and I will be back in the future. I do not want to dwell on the past, but I purchased 2 new vehicles from Master in the past. A 2011 Yukon XL and 2015 Sierra HD Denali. It's shame that I had such a bad experience with my old truck. I bought a new 2016 Yukon XL Denali and 2018 Sierra HD Denali from another dealer due to that experience in service. I always like my salesman, Gene Baxley. I hope that Masters' service continues to impress me in the future so I can be a Masters' customer again when I buy my new Yukon XL and Sierra HD in the new designs in 2020.
