Michaelangelo especially extended every professional courtesy and we are very grateful to Massey Cadillac. At my last visit, however, I had an unexpected problem on a Sunday evening, so was unable to schedule service. When I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning, I experienced the same great level of service that I always do. Service is a bit pricey now that my warranty has expired, but I can't complain. More

The bottom line is, that now after going to the dealership several times and having a significant amount of work done, the problem has NOT been fixed, and they have no idea what the issue is. All I have are arrogant excuses from a manger that obviously doesn't care much at all about the customer and made it quite clear that the issue is clearly my problem. I honestly expected more professionalism and tact, especially from Cadillac. I am very disappointed and angry! To be completely honest, I'm so happy that I didn't purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I can only imagine the unfortunate few that have spent over $100k on a vehicle to later find out that the service is garbage after the sale! More
