He has displayed interest in good after the sale service. My experience with another dealer , that was not the case; they were unconcerned after the sale was concluded. Eric works with his service technician Otis, to ensure your service needs are satisfied. Otis has been very competent and has listened s to my explanation of problems that I have had. I highly recommend Massey Cadillac and Eric and Otis; a great team! Cás K. More

My two main concerns that impacted my decisi I reached out to the General Manager Robert Moore as he suggested via his response to the review below. My two main concerns that impacted my decision to purchase a car from Massey Cadillac were not addressed and resolved on a level you'd expect from a General Sales Manager. Those two main concerns were 1. What was the reason(s) the car had not sold yet?? And 2. What was the unexplained noise when starting the car. Upon my arrival at the dealship I asked Robert "why the car had not been sold?" With a clearly prerehersed reply he suggested that failed financing was the reason. The recently reduced pice of the car caught my attention, because it was now within my budget. When I started the car to test drive it again, it still had that same unexplained and uneasy noise that I questioned on the first visit. I decided to take the 2012 Acura MDX to the Acura dealership to get the pre purchase inspection. The report uncovered the outdated and expired timing belt, that were required to be changed at 100,000 miles had "Never" been changed, and the car is now at 140,000 miles. Also a few major oil seal leaks both totaling nearly $4,500 in major maintenance needed in order to operate the vehicle. You cannot go to a dealership to purchase a "PERFECT" " USED" car, I know, but $4,500 in major maintenance is not expected either. I suggested that either 1/2 of the $4,500 in repairs be deducted from the cost of of the car or they have the on-site mechanic do the repairs and I pay the offer price. But he was unwilling to do anything! The entire matter was disregarded. The dealership advertised that the car had gone through their multipoint inspection and to now uncover the clear and obvious needs of this car is total DECEPTION. His nonchalant response further showed that he was clearly aware of the major maintenance issues before I obtained the inspection report. This is why the car had not sold! In response to Robert's most recent Google review: the only thing he got right was the time lapse from my first visit until now was 3 weeks and not 2! Which is even more unsettling as to why the vehicle that they guaranteed me would be sold in a few days was still there "unsold?" As far as reducing the price for me! The car was reduced online because it had not sold! He offered me the same $500 off that the initial salesman did the only difference was that the price was now within my budget. So I was going to buy the car until I was reminded by that disturbing sound when starting the engine. So I took the car to the ACURA DEALERSHIP of course because is is an Acura MDX car. He allowed me go and spend extra money to get the inspection, all while knowing what would be reviled. I understand that dealers do this everyday, but advertising that the car had passed Massey's inspection is DECEPTIVE! More

The people there especially Abrahamian are a bunch of greedy vultures only concerned with sales and profits! Billy the manager dealer is no better! No help.. only wants to transfer liability to the cu greedy vultures only concerned with sales and profits! Billy the manager dealer is no better! No help.. only wants to transfer liability to the customer, absolving himself of any financial responsibilities!! I bought a car in December for 11,000.. I drove the car and felt bumpy drivetrain. Before even leaving the dealer I asked please.. if they could check the rear wheel bearings because they felt and sounded awful!! Abrahamian assured me that the techs checked car thoroughly and that there were no problems whatsoever. So I foolishly trusted those crooks to my demise! After taking it elsewhere, it was verified that the rear hub bearings were bad.. both rear! Feeling lied to, very upset and hurt... I returned to this criminal enterprise to plead that they do the right thing! After ruining relationships and almost to the point of what I’m doing now.... sharing with the world.... they finally did the right thing and replaced the bearings at their cost. Thank God for that! Too bad it was like pulling teeth to get these animals to do the right thing. Billy is so ignorant and with his head up his own rear end, that all the idiot can think about is: if this, how will my bottom line be affected? If I do this, maybe it won’t be as detrimental on my dealership... well too late Billy! You had your chance and chose otherwise! Several months later... I noticed bad shifting.. I desperately purchased an additive that is actually recommended for all non CVT transmissions.. I poured the 2 ounces into transmission.. seemed to help a little. But this cerma treatment must be flushed out after several thousand miles! I asked for this... Dealer refused a drain and fill.... They said “the car is fine.. no codes.. there is nothing they can do”.. and on the next line.. it says that they recommend a new transmission! So basically, there are no codes, no problems, yet in writing the dealer suggested a new transmission! Incredible! Such crooks! They don’t want to deal with the problem! I took car elsewhere and turns out I was sold a car back in December with faulty valve bodies in the transmission. The 2K I’m spending now to correct your garbage sale could have gone to your dealership “xxxxx Billy”... instead you chose otherwise.. you’d rather me spend 5k on a new transmission! At your dealership!?? Well now you got nothing “Billy xxxxxxx”.. why? Because you lack the will, the heart, to learn and grow from your mistakes.. now I hope and pray that you the consumer please avoid this dealership and avoid people like Billy and his corrupt unwilling crew! He deserves to feel the consequence of what happens when you “bite the hand that feeds you”! We the consumers give life to business... not the other way around.. you are beholden to us, for we give you existence and relevance in society! Competition is such that if you choose not to fulfill your moral obligations toward your consumers, that you get shut down due to lack of business, because you have shifted your ethos to your dealers own self preservation. When in fact the focus should be on doing what is right for the consumer... and your business will multiply exponentially! Unfortunately Billy.. you chose otherwise... now enjoy the consequences of your decisions! My intentions are clearly to help my fellow consumer not be taken advantage of.. Go elsewhere! They will rush to take your money... then forget your name in the same sentence!! Here ya go Billy!! Enjoy! More

The brake and gas pedals move by themselves (after at least two complaints they have finally replaced a switch), the air conditioner would blow the wrong temperature air for the setting it was on (this problem is still not resolved although I’ve complained numerous times and the front AC is terrible), the outside passenger side door locks wouldn’t work (this was a one time problem), the seat heater broke ( it was “fixed” and now takes 20 mins to barely warm up), the volume controls on the steering wheel and main console freeze occasionally and refuse to work sometimes for hours(this issue is still not resolved and continues to occur), the car brakes horribly (I was told the brakes are normal), the warning sound that lets you know you’re too close to something would not stop blaring at me today for about two minutes even through the car was in park, and only one of the USB charging ports would work last week (this was a one time problem). That’s all I can remember right now. While everyone I have encountered at the service department is polite and friendly, I did not expect to have as many issues as I currently do with such an expensive car. I am incredibly disappointed.
