After a month of engine light staying on and flashing my hearty, was done either the car get repaired or I would not be able to drive it any longer, fearing for my life out there on the highway, BUT Raymond hearty, was done either the car get repaired or I would not be able to drive it any longer, fearing for my life out there on the highway, BUT Raymond stepped up and got my car in for service ‼️❤️‼️ I am so very very Grateful for all the stress being removed from my heart and the simple repair for my lovely vehicle. I can’t say Thank you enough to Shawn Walck and the technician at Massey Cadillac. I relocated to Orlando and have never been to Massey before, my Cadillac was making a noise. Shawn was so nice and qu technician at Massey Cadillac. I relocated to Orlando and have never been to Massey before, my Cadillac was making a noise. Bought a used truck from Massey had some issues a few weeks later and took it to their shop . I purchased 5 Caddilac Escalade over the years . I consider myself an outstanding customer with the folks who uses to work there but this team that is there now do not have no customer experience when consider myself an outstanding customer with the folks who uses to work there but this team that is there now do not have no customer experience when it comes down to give back. My a/c quite working on my Escalade took it Massey North I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me feel very comfortable.
