Massey Cadillac of Orlando

Do Not trust the promises of Massey Cadillac North. I bought a XT4 on Feb 17, 2023. I had a pre approval for 7% that I could have bought a certified preowned with 1040 miles on it. I applied for pre approval through Massey as well. I was promised that they could get me 7% financing on a brand new model. On my pre approval application they had a complete explanation of my income. When I was in the salesman’s office my bank called me about their pre approval. I turned that offer down on the basis that I had a pre approval for 7% through GM Financial. After I did that their financing offer was retracted and I walked out with a 12.64% financing deal that will cost me an additional $13,000 over the course of the loan. Do not trust Massey Cadillac on their word for anything. I also had issues with the value of my trade in. The GM is fully aware of all these facts and doesn’t care. More

Buying a car now a days was a nightmare for me especially when my car was totaled took 2 months learned a lot not all good actually didn't think it was going to happen but I must say when I happened upon Mas when my car was totaled took 2 months learned a lot not all good actually didn't think it was going to happen but I must say when I happened upon Massey Cadillac I had no more worries they took me by the hand answered all questions and concerns and made it a pleasant experience. Everyone I came in contact with cared and listened and most important went above and beyond their obligation I had bought a car without seeing it so they had brought it to me now most important here was I bought a used car NO WARRANTY AS IS do you believe they allowed me to bring it back made adjustments and gave me a rental during that time period all at no charge .
