She & Brandon went way beyond my expectations, from ordering my car to keeping me informed of the status on the shipping of my new car,etc. I highly recommend her! The extra things I requested for my new car when it arrived, for example, Perma Plate which I (highly recommend) my car looks so beautiful! I was amazed that they had it all done for me before I took delivery of my new car…speaking of taking delivery, Robins the finance manager filmed the whole event for me! How amazing was that? They did an outstanding job! Kudos to all the staff! If you are looking for a new or used car, look no further than Massey Cadillac! Ask for Melinda Edwards, she really is that amazing! I purchased 5 Caddilac Escalade over the years . I consider myself an outstanding customer with the folks who uses to work there but this team that is there now do not have no customer experience when consider myself an outstanding customer with the folks who uses to work there but this team that is there now do not have no customer experience when it comes down to give back. They all interest about coming in and purchase and collect your 80k from you and when to service they jerk you around. We need better customer rep to work for these company More

Buying a car now a days was a nightmare for me especially when my car was totaled took 2 months learned a lot not all good actually didn't think it was going to happen but I must say when I happened upon Mas when my car was totaled took 2 months learned a lot not all good actually didn't think it was going to happen but I must say when I happened upon Massey Cadillac I had no more worries they took me by the hand answered all questions and concerns and made it a pleasant experience. Everyone I came in contact with cared and listened and most important went above and beyond their obligation I had bought a car without seeing it so they had brought it to me now most important here was I bought a used car NO WARRANTY AS IS do you believe they allowed me to bring it back made adjustments and gave me a rental during that time period all at no charge . I know most places would never and I mean never have done that again above and beyond The amount of compassion, patients and professionalism was outstanding shout out to Jose, Mike, Eloy and Fritz and anyone else I dealt with, I will recommend then to anyone EVERYTIME Thanks again guys Debra B, More

My a/c quite working on my Escalade took it Massey North I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me I was greeted by Shawn my service advisor and Mr Billy Wattle they were very professional and was concerned about the issue I was having they made me feel very comfortable.
