This experience by far had to be the most complicating and un bearing car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found the perfect vehicle at the Cadillac dealership and decided I was going to purchase it wit and un bearing car buying experience I’ve ever had. I found the perfect vehicle at the Cadillac dealership and decided I was going to purchase it with my own financing where I was told they don’t do business with my credit union and that no matter how much money I put down on the vehicle that they would not be able to hold the vehicle for me even though they knew I was financing it through my credit union. The vehicle was delivered to me with less than a quarter tank of gas in it and needing washer fluid when they’re supposed to have done a 172 point inspection on the vehicle. I feel like I was stereotyped because I’m 35 years old and treated as if I could not purchase a Cadillac. I will not buy another vehicle from this Cadillac dealership. I will purchase my next vehicle somewhere else. When trying to contact someone over the phone each time I had to go thru 4 or 5 different people before you get to the right person even if you asked for that person name specifically. I will not recommend this dealership to any of my family or colleagues looking to purchase a new Cadillac. More
