I purchase a pre-owned Ghibli from Maserati of Washington recently. It was an extremely disappointing experience. It was my first time buying a Maserati and both the salesman and the dealership GM, lied to m recently. It was an extremely disappointing experience. It was my first time buying a Maserati and both the salesman and the dealership GM, lied to me numerous times, while being very unresponsive to my inquires, after purchase and they still had the car in their possession. At the time of purchase, the salesman told me of a few minor things that needed to be fixed on the car. All of which are required to be fixed by their own standard CPO certification. I stated that I did not want to sign the "we don't owe you anything form" given these required fixes but, he lied and said I couldn't have the car or that price if I didn't sign. The salesman, nor the GM, would show me the CPO checklist however, I did get a copy of it 2 weeks later after fighting for it. They delivered the car to me, I only had it for about 3 days when I discovered something wrong with the heating/AC which I learned later had been a major issue with the engine of which they were aware all along and never should have given me the car. They took the car back again. The CPO checklist clearly states there were zero issues with the car and new the service order clearly shows there were numerous issues with the car despite what the salesman told me and what was recorded on the CPO checklist. Both the GM, the service department manager and the salesman, consistently lied to me in order to get me in the car and keep it. The GM was exteremly rude, took zero responsibility for the actions of his salesman, and told me inccorect information. Not to mention, they tried to pull one over on me after purchase related to the price, stating is was "the application system's fault" and that it "estimated wrong". DO NOT BUY HERE. More
The mileage was not as advertised on the car. I was told human error occurred. The mileage was 4K over what was advertised. The car had major defects and they were not willing to repair the issues before human error occurred. The mileage was 4K over what was advertised. I guess they will sell a defective car to someone else. They also told me the car had a bumper to bumper warranty! I offered full price no negotiation. I guess they want to keep their cars. I am not happy. I feel like I wasted my time. More
Terrific Maserati Service! I have used the Maserati service department since I bought the car new at that dealership about 11 years ago. During that time they have performed high quality service and the car still looks and drives like a new car. In particular, BRIAN KENNEDY as my service advisor has been outstanding in reviewing the entire car, focusing on safety and performance and ensuring that the work is performed at a reasonable cost. In fact we've restricted ourselves mainly to Porsche because I still know a few people at the local dealer and we don't have to deal with product ignorant salespeople and pushy managers. My wife however loves Maserati so we wandered into MoW on a Saturday afternoon in T-shirts and jeans with a 6 yr old in tow and were met immediately by Chris (who as its turns out is the general manager - since when do they leave their offices?) He welcomed us warmly and invited us to look around. Being a Ferrari dealer there was plenty to look at so while I drooled over a 3 million dollar LaFerrari she made her way to the Levante GTS. After some relaxed browsing we were introduced to Luke. A polite, knowledgeable, enthusiastic young man who immediately put us at ease. After answering some questions about the car (he knew ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING right down to the goofy Italian paint colors) he took us all for the best test ride of our lives. Apparently he's got some racing experience and was happy to demonstrate all 550 hp the car had to offer. Our kid had less fun at LEGO land! While we both loved the car my wife (who has really long legs) felt uncomfortable in the seat. Instead of trying to sell her on why she shouldn't worry about it, Luke patiently gathered the keys for every GTS on the lot just in case the seats fit differently. Sure enough the 4th car she sat in inexplicably had a bit more seat length (Italians cars I guess) and we sat down to write a deal. No nonsense, no back and forth. Kevin (sales manager) offered us a great trade figure and an hour later we were speeding home. In the month since our purchase Luke has called us twice. Once within 24 hours to see if we had any questions and just a few hours ago to see how we were enjoying the car. The salesperson that sold us the 7 month old Range Rover we traded (huge mistake - thanks LR Chantilly) never called us once. Class act Maserati of Washington ! More

Al took us for a test drive and explained features of Maserati Levante. We went for Levante test drive twice and Al let the car speak for itself, no cheesy sales pitches were made. I did not feel any pressure, which was definitely wonderful experience. Kevin, the manager was also very upfront, friendly, and helped make the experience very easy. Paperwork was also done very fast. I have purchased in past three vehicles but my buying experience of Maserati Levante from Maserati of Washington is the best. I recommend this dealership over the countless others I've been to in the past few months. If you're looking for a great car, and a great experience, Al is your man, and this dealership is for you. He let the car speak for itself, no cheesy sales pitches, he is knowledgeable about the cars, and definitely knows what he is talking about. Extremely friendly time there, buying my beautiful Audi felt like a meeting with friends rather than a negotiation. He's a great salesman who you can trust. Kevin, the manager was also very upfront, friendly, and helped make the experience very easy. Luke, a very nice guy, showed me the ins and outs of the car, and all of the paperwork and the boring parts of buying a car was done very fast. I recommend this dealership over the countless others I've been to in the past few months hands down. TLDR; If you're looking for a great car and a great experience, Al is your man, and this dealership is for you. More
