After purchase scheduled repair I recently purchased a used vehicle (absolutely perfect) at Maserati of Raleigh. There was a problem with the passenger side window switch. In the pu I recently purchased a used vehicle (absolutely perfect) at Maserati of Raleigh. There was a problem with the passenger side window switch. In the purchase agreement they agreed to fix or replace the switch as part of the deal. As a matter of fact, upon delivery my sales person, Darryl Ligon, who is excellent, as a mechanic to check it out before I left the dealership. It was determined to be a bad switch. The next day Darryl sent me a text saying the switch was ordered. Three days later he sent me a text saying the part was in and he had scheduled an appointment for me to have the work done. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. As I exited the vehicle a man came out of the door, I assumed to check me in. To my surprise he greeted me by name and had the work order already on his clipboard. 20 minutes later I was given my keys and told the car was ready. I wish I had gotten the service representative and the service tech's names to add to this review. I have never been treated like this at any dealership, ever. I cannot praise and brag on Darryl, Gary or any of the staff more. My experience and recommendation is, this is the place to automotive shopping, buying and service. I expressed my feelings. If I am in the market for a vehicle THIS is the dealship I will come back to and recommend it every chance I get. Thank you Maserati of Raleigh for being excellent. More
