Several weeks ago I located a 2020 Quattraporte on the Maserati website. I sent an email to the dealer, Maserati of Newport Beach, and was immediately contacted by John Bohas. I recognize that sales people are in the business to sell cars, but usually you get the overly excited pressure oriented sales techniques. This is not the case with John. He answered all of my questions promptly, his service was exceptional. Every time I sent him a text or email for information he was prompt, even sending me videos of the vehicle I was interested in, as I am out of state. Within a few days, I made a decision to purchase the vehicle in set up the arrangements with John. He was extremely professional and all of the paperwork was done promptly and correctly, Which if you have done an out-of-state purchase that’s not always the case. I have purchased many many vehicles over my life and this was the easiest smoothest transaction I’ve ever entered into. I highly recommend this dealership, and the vehicle when it was delivered to me was exactly as it was promised. John is extremely professional, it’s obvious that he has done this for a long time. He certainly is great at his craft. Thank you again John I love my car! More
I recently attempted to purchase my second Levante from the Maserati Newport Beach dealership, and I say "attempted" because I was never able to place my order. I went to the dealership and went through the Maserati Newport Beach dealership, and I say "attempted" because I was never able to place my order. I went to the dealership and went through the process of designing the car that I wanted to order. I left a deposit for my order even though I needed one small question answered before finalizing my order. I waited a week for a call from the Sale Manager with the answer to my question and never heard anything. I sent two emails and left two voicemails without a single response. I basically made FOUR ATTEMPTS to buy my second Maserati from Maserati Newport Beach dealership, but I was never able to get a response or place my order. I eventually had to call Maserati USA to ask for their help with getting my deposit back and, even then, the Newport Beach dealership couldn't even bother to add a letter of apology when they sent my check back to me. I can’t say that I’ve ever been treated so poorly by a business. I love my Maserati and was really looking forward to purchasing another one, but I will never buy a Maserati again after this experience. More

A+ Service center I had a dead battery and called the complimentary roadside assistance program afforded to Maserati owners. I had the battery jumped but was concerned I had a dead battery and called the complimentary roadside assistance program afforded to Maserati owners. I had the battery jumped but was concerned the battery was bad. I decided to bring the car to the Maserati service center in Costa Mesa. I called my service advisor Dane Brown, as I do for all of my service needs. I explained the situation and Dane without hesitation said to bring the car in and he would have the battery tested. They found the battery was bad and replaced it and I was in and out within an hour. This is my second Maserati and the decision to buy had a lot to do with how Maserati, especially Dane, cares about their customers. Tom V More
Great Service A-Z I called last minute with a mechanical issue. Dane told me to come right in. No wait, they took the car in and checked it out and at that time realtor I called last minute with a mechanical issue. Dane told me to come right in. No wait, they took the car in and checked it out and at that time realtor needed a replacement part. Immediately got me a loaner car and I was on my way. He kept me updated through the process and I had my car back in no time! Always spotless at the service center and very friendly. Thank you David More

Dane Brown took the time to check the car out to assure me the pads were not worn and that perhaps it was a sensor. I scheduled an appt a week later and sure enough it was a sensor. I appreciate Dane taking the extra time to check out my car prior to the appt as I needed to take a trip ad he assured me I would be safe to drive. He is always very knowledgeable and great customer service More
