This was not due to a lack of communication. It was a dirty business deal. The other interested party has a trade in and we did not. The numbers can be skewed in favor of the dealership when a car is being traded in. The salesman clearly said we were the priority in purchasing this car since we had just test driven it and still had the keys in his possession. Fortunately, we found another dealership with ethical business practices.
