I am writing you today to compliment the service my wife and I received from your sales staff at Manhattan Maserati. Specifically, your Sales Manager Frank Monica and Sales Associate Jose Delacruz who made and I received from your sales staff at Manhattan Maserati. Specifically, your Sales Manager Frank Monica and Sales Associate Jose Delacruz who made our experience when purchasing our 2018 Maserati Quattroporte a positive one, which exceeded our expectations. You see my wife was looking for a pre-owned Quattroporte for some time and we actually look at one in Connecticut and while they were happy to show the vehicle and polite, the feeling I got from them when I wanted to move forward and purchase the vehicle was as if “I did not fit their preferred customer model” because I wanted to trade in my wife Lincoln and finance the rest of the purchase. It was a total turn off. Both Jose and Frank were very welcoming and treated us like valued customers, even before we were actual customers and made the drive down from Southington Connecticut very worthwhile. On 26 November 2022 we showed up to meet with Jose and see the car, and my wife fell in love with it. While Jose was working to get the car down from the 3rd floor so we could drive it, Frank met with us to get our thought and expectations with regards to making the purchase. We drove and it confirmed what we already knew, this is the car my wife wanted and the finance process began. While we were waiting for the finance approvals and paper work to be generated, Jose gave my granddaughter and I a tour of your facility and allowed us to view some of your more exotic vehicle, which really made my granddaughter feel special. In addition to this Jose gave us a ride to pick up dinner and bring it back to dealership which was greatly appreciated. In the end, they were true to their word we were able to take the 2018 Maserati home the same day. During the whole experience they always treated us with great respect and genuine appreciation for our business, and not once making us feel substandard for purchasing a pre-owned vehicle or financing it. While the purchasing process was flawless, I would also like to point out that the vehicle was missing an owner’s manual and the second key-fob and there were some scratches that needed to be taken care of. Frank, Jose and your service and parts team came through with flying colors and everything was addressed and taken care of as promised. I know when purchasing a pre-owned vehicles there are bound to be some flaws, and the manner in which these flaws are addressed is of the utmost importance to me and your team gets an A+ in my book. Through their efforts and result I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to come back when the time comes in the future. I am not sure if your organizations perform annual performance reviews or not, but if you do, I would appreciate it if you would place this letter in their HR file as they hold true to everything you promote in your “Welcome to Dennis & Co.” YouTube video when it comes to Customer Service and they are an example for others to follow. More

I was supposed to get a car delivered yesterday and apparently their truck broke down 20 minutes away from my house. they didn’t call me to pick up. I found later that the car is 4 hours away from me now. I understand things happen but they should’ve had communicated that with me. Anyways, I requested the exact location of the vehicle and no one has answered me. They keep telling me other things. So I have no idea where my car is or when I’ll get it. How can you trust a company like this? stay away from this company. other great options out there. No one seems to try to help either. If you decide to purchase a vehicle here, use your own transportation company. More

The dealership and the salesman Nicholas was a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job. When purchasing a new vehicle, I look for three things: 1) Effecency - The last thing I want to do is to work with. They did a fantastic job. When purchasing a new vehicle, I look for three things: 1) Effecency - The last thing I want to do is spend an entire day in a dealership. I know what I want, I know what I want to spend. I want to be in and out quickly. Nicholas made the entire process extremely smooth. We started by Email and were able to hammer out the details before I even stepped foot in the dealership. Once in the dealership the salesman made the entire process very smooth. The following day when I went after work to pick up the vehicle, the salesman not only had the vehicle ready, but also had all the paperwork printed and ready to be signed. I was out of the dealership and behind the wheels of my new Maserati within 15 minutes. The salesman of course offered to spend time going over the vehicle, however I was already very familiar with the vehicle and didn't require the offered assistance. 2) Price - Ensuring the deal is fair is extremely important. The last thing you want to think about every time you step in that new vehicle for the next 3 years is was did you overpay. The dealership was very fair from trade-in value, purchase price and finance terms. 3) Honesty - A new vehicle purchase has many moving parts to the deal. Its important that you can trust the dealership to meet their obligations to you. Maserati of Manhattan checked all these boxes. After the purchase the salesman emailed and called me to ensure the vehicle was operating properly and if I had any follow-up questions. I asked the salesman to follow-up on the delivery of my plates and the pay off on my trade-in, within days the trade in vehicle was paid and my plates were overnighted to my home. I highly recommend Maserati of Manhattan for purchasing a vehicle. More

Besides little understanding of the automobile, the service writer I worked with, Javier, also claimed to be the service manager as well as the general manager. They didn't complete the reason for the appointment - a recall, because their equipment was broken. It would have been nice to contact me and reschedule the appointment. They also rip you off by charging almost $500 for an oil change. They wanted $1100 dollars for a first service which also includes.....wait for it...windshield wiper blades and a cabin air filter. That's it. WHAT A RIPOFF. This dealership/service department will fail. BTW, your cars are mixed up with Dodges and Jeeps. Does that say enough? More

Was considering the new Levante S and Jesse just made the experience so great we ordered the car on the spot after the test drive. He walked us through the customization process and with my kids was able to build a car that we were all happy with. He kept me informed through the delivery process and was available as soon as the car arrived to help with all insurance, registration, radar etc... Such an easy process. Have heard of horror stories but Jesse and everyone at the dealership were fantastic. Will for sure go back and get my text car from them. and have already refereed friends to Jesse. More

After some horrible experiences from other dealerships (Nissan, BMW) and lackluster ones (Porsche, Mas/Ferrari in Edison), I decided to try out Mas in Manhattan. Yes there is a Mas in NJ but I felt the Mas in Edison lost interest when I suggested pre-owned stock. Never bothered to discuss why but was quick to say they don't have much of those in stock there. I was left to look around at the pre-owned collection of Mercs and Ferraris in the showroom. Not quite what I imagined when thinking of service at an exotic/super car level. Even at my local Lexus, they would not negotiate the price for any F-spec models until they run a credit check. I liked the salesman, the manager probably needed a learning experience. Thus, the silence after they found out I bought a new Maserati GT-S....priceless. A friend bought his GT-S in Manhattan and had a good experience so I gave it a shot. At Maserati of Manhattan, I was greeted promptly and I had a couple people attending to my questions and concerns. At first I planned on a pre-owned since I was new to the Maserati brand and wanted to give it a try but I saw the Rosso Trionfale w/ CF and that was it. The only one available new so I took a leap of faith. They took care of the paperwork and phone calls as I relaxed and browsed around their collection. Note: I live in NJ so buying from out of state, you will still be subject to make a quick stop into the DMV for an "inspection" for NJ reg. Don't worry, the DMV workers were so paranoid about even smudging the car I drove it through to the end just so they can slap an inspection sticker on it and that's all. Otherwise, the car arrived to my home via canopied flat bed, not a scratch and clean as a whistle. I am satisfied with my experience at this facility and I understand this auto group may have also expanded to one or two other locations (midtown and @ Englewood,NJ?). I would buy again from them. Mistakes throughout the sales process. Worse at closing. Maserati US seems not to care or reply to multiple issues. In my 40+ years of buying cars I have NEVER seen a worse dealership. More

He catered completely to my hectic schedule and we hashed out the terms of the car on the phone at 1am in the morning and gave me a great deal on a car they had to get from FL for me to match my color preferences. Altogether these guys made the buying process enjoyable. More

I would recommend Mike Lousidis in sales and his manager David Rosenstein without reservation. Good guys who know what they are doing and make the transaction easy and the buying experience a very pleasant one More
