Service Department needs more than just one person First let me start by saying that Mr. James is absolutely beyond wonderful, but is over worked! This man should not be running an entire service department alone. BMW, Lexus, Porsche, Honda, Mercedes and etc. service departments consist of people (more than one). I have asked for the # to the corporate office to call & actually complain about the treatment that Mr. James receives. This man doesn't even get a chance to go to lunch. I have plans on calling the corporate office to suggest that they make Mr. James boss work at least a week or two in Mr. James place to see if he can handle it. Maserati needs to treat their employees the way that they treat they cars....with the utmost respect! More
