I go in and there are three people standing aimlessly in the service area with no employees in sight. A guy finally comes and helps a guy in front of me pick up his $170k Maserati Gran Turismo. The owner has some questions. customer...what about the paint issue.? The Service guy responds ....Yeah, that isn't on us. Customer...what should I do about it? Service guy: guess you will have to take it to a body shop....really don't know what to tell you. Great top notch service...almost as good as it gets at Benchmark down the street..wait...you work at Benchmark also...no wonder it is such an experience. I leave my keys to get an oil change. Walk to the front to where they Fiat salesmen are and tell them I am absolutely dumbfounded that people are treated this poorly and the place stays in business...Yeah, we hear that all the time they say. We get good ratings and they suck.. My car is ready and the service guy tells me they will have a sale on tires next week. Buy 3 get one for a $1. Cool. Can you call me next week? Yeah work down the street but I can have the usual guy here call you. Ok. Next week comes and the guy calls. Yeah I am interested in this tire sale you have...hmmmmmmmmm I don't know anything about that. Let me call you back...Been 2-3 weeks now and I am still waiting..oh yeah I already bought tires now so nevermind. I am again amazed that such inept people are allowed to work there and then still keep their jobs. Promise and never deliver. The whole dealership is mostly empty..no employees with just one or two salesman. Absolute worst experience and almost degrading. I own just a little $30k Fiat...if I was an Alfa Romeo or Maserati owner I would be pissed to have to deal with treatment like that. More

service department Traveling through.. Internet showed Express Lane oil change. Arrived 8 am, told "get in line, appts first. Approx 3 hrs oil change. Tires rotated. Traveling through.. Within 50 miles, had to pull into tire center....two tires separating....replaced all 4 tires. Have had positive experience at other facilities with Fiat. Most facilities accommodating when we are traveling.. Bad experience! It was not obvious to me that facility had been open a year More

Front end makes noise the drivers int door Handel dosnt work the Tpms quit working after cpl days and you can’t plug car because the obd isn’t recognized None of these things were wrong. Everything worked on top of this my bill was $6400 Never again More
