Slow service. Dirty lend a car. Needed third service on my Maseati. Called for appointment. Had nothing for a week and one half. Then the day before my appointment they called me to Needed third service on my Maseati. Called for appointment. Had nothing for a week and one half. Then the day before my appointment they called me to postpone my service as they were doing a complete rebuild on another car. So I was postponed another week. Apparently this dealer is under staffed. They did give me a lender Maserati that was filthy. Even had food left in the passenger seat. As I helped run a multi billion dollar company I explained to the maintenance manager that the first sale is credited to the salesman. The next sale is credited to service. Being understaffed having to wait 40 minutes for paperwork and a filthy loaner is not a good look for the next sale. Might want to look at the Lexus dealership for gold standard service. More
