Disorganized and subpar service They lost track of my car once. When I went to pick it up (after they found it), they couldn't find the paperwork or keys for a bit. They couldn't tell me exactly what was done and had to call a manager to even find my bill. My tires were low when I left and I had to go back to get them filled. The interior had not been cleaned at all. At most service departments, I expect to at least have a protector in the floor, but I didn't even have that. I expected more from an Alfa Romeo / Maserati dealer since they are premium brands. More

I have never dealt with a more knowledgeable mechanic on any car I’ve ever owned than him. He communicates well and talks straight and is honest. I trust him completely with my Mas. You should, too! Talks good service, unless you need something. I just purchased a used truck, almost positive(id say 90%) ALL the floor mats were in the back floorboard. When I picked the truck up later that week, I just purchased a used truck, almost positive(id say 90%) ALL the floor mats were in the back floorboard. When I picked the truck up later that week, after I made the 1hr 30 minute drive back home, I noticed the passenger floor mat is missing. After Contacting the deale, it seems like it will be on me to buy the replacement. My bad I guess, I should have checked before I left, but you would think if your willing to pay $1000 over the trucks book value, they would make sure small things like this were there. More

Service wasn't completed Took the car in for 25k service, rotate and balance tires and alignment. I was charged $1100 for the service but the tires were not rotated or balanc Took the car in for 25k service, rotate and balance tires and alignment. I was charged $1100 for the service but the tires were not rotated or balanced. I know this because the back rims have scuff marks on them so they should be on the front now but they are still in the back. Also the car still shakes a little at high speeds which it should not if the tires were balanced. They did replace my brakes for another $2000 which seem to work well for now. More
