My car was brought in for repairs to my antenna and my roof of my car is broke inside light hanging down. The antenna is not on its lifted up! It is raining in my car. They suppose to put a tire sensor on my car the light still coming on. The inside of my car panel is not on correctly. It is a cloth or something under my steering wheel and I do not know what it is. They suppose to check my brakes and transmission and it was not done because my car jerk when pulling off from a stop point. The roof of my car is black and dirty from finger prints and dirt drops on my interior. I spoke to the sales manager and Tom Williams and didn’t not get anything resolved. I am now waiting on a Mr Obrien I think to call me back he said it will be today after 10am and I babe not heard from him. I am about to the Better Business Bureau, news and my lawyer! My car is all messed ip and I am very upset! I have a text where Jonathan the sales rep texted and said they had a hard time getting my original antenna off and they messed up my car. If they did not know what they were doing they should’ve touched the car. I need someone to comtact me ASAP preferably the OWNER!!!! More
I made an appointment for several service items for my Fiat spider. The service advisor was very personable and knowledgeable. He made arrangements for me to be dropped off at my home. A couple of hour Fiat spider. The service advisor was very personable and knowledgeable. He made arrangements for me to be dropped off at my home. A couple of hours later the service was completed and the advisor paid arrangements to help me picked up at my home. An excellent experience! More

It’s very convenient that they provide transportation services while your vehicle is being worked on. I have had my check engine light looked at three times in my Maserati Ghibli. The diagnostic indicate services while your vehicle is being worked on. I have had my check engine light looked at three times in my Maserati Ghibli. The diagnostic indicates something with the gas sensor. It only stays off short periods of time after service. I don’t know why they can’t find solutions. It’s too costly to keep paying for. More
