I also asked for a loaner car which couldn't be confirmed. To be efficient, I also put a list together of items that the experts should at least have a look at. The day of the appointment, I called to make sure there is a vehicle available for me to use. Dropped of my car, explained my "laundry list" and took off. Picked up the car the next day, recall issue solved, only one item on my list of three was taken care of, the rest is "all up to date, no issues found". This was a little bit disappointing. Other than that, very good service, friendly staff, and I really appreciate the free loaner car - a brand-new JEEP COMPASS. More

Flat tire on a road trip Driving back to Birmingham from Ohio the other weekend and managed to get a flat shot 15 minutes from Birmingham. I was able to get roadside assistance to come get the car and take it to the dealership and Jonathan came and picked me up and took me home, on a Sunday!
