Friendly Staff The service department was friendly and helpful. I would like to be able to have a designated appointment time or Saturday hours since I live out of The service department was friendly and helpful. I would like to be able to have a designated appointment time or Saturday hours since I live out of town. It’s difficult to get there and not miss a lot of time at work. I do have the automatic start error now in my display. I’ve read about this on the forum and see that it is a common issue. I’ll wait until my next yearly visit to have that checked. More

It was completely false and I wanted to be certain to correct the error as I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I Purchased my Fiat and it had a small crack in the display screen, took it in finally to have it repaired, and the service department initially got a denial from the manufacturer. Tom the service manager was persistent and sent the company detailed photographs and the replacement screen was approved. They got me a rental car while the car had to be in the shop, and were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. I have no idea how a negative review was sent from my email address, but it was NOT from me, and your system should be checked for forgery. I was HIGHLY satisfied with the service from start to finish! More

Just ok is not ok Tom, service center manager, is a nice guy and it seems the work they did was correct but the body shop they sent it to did a poor job. Maserati offer Tom, service center manager, is a nice guy and it seems the work they did was correct but the body shop they sent it to did a poor job. Maserati offered little help to rectify this. Furthermore, the car was returned to me filthy. Grease and dirt on the interior door panels, suede trim, and control panels. As of this writing, I am terribly disappointed. More
