Great people, poor management I love the Alfa Romeo I have, unfortunately i won’t be buying another. It doesn’t appear to me that benchmark takes the Alfa, fiat, or Maserati brands I love the Alfa Romeo I have, unfortunately i won’t be buying another. It doesn’t appear to me that benchmark takes the Alfa, fiat, or Maserati brands seriously. They have a serious lack of technicians, they had to send my car to a nearby dealership they own for an oil change. They had no loaners, and can’t address the check engine lights currently activated in my car for another 20 days. I also currently own a BMW and can’t believe how much better the customer service is at BMW of Birmingham and Mercedes Benz of Birmingham. Again my sales experience was great, I don’t think the people they have are doing the wrong thing. They simply don’t devote enough resources to these brands and you just plain don’t feel like a customer that’s purchased a premium brand. At BMW and Mercedes you do. Bottom line. More
