Consistency in customer service of this nature is just an expectation for me from dealing with BMW, Lexus, and Audi. So I wish Maserati would just perform these type service without being asked. This is only Maserati dealership in my area. More

great but insurance follow up lacked Christian was great and very helpful but somehow, the insurance information that needed to be transferred so that I could transfer my plate from my ol Christian was great and very helpful but somehow, the insurance information that needed to be transferred so that I could transfer my plate from my old vehicle to the new one was not done. I was able to get my insurance agent to do it while I was at the DMV -I was lucky I had a nice person there that was helpful. All in all-great experience! More
