Communication was okay however, we felt like there were many items that could have been taken care of but weren’t. Everything went fine with my service appointment. The people in the service department replaced and repaired all parts as requested. They also tried multiple ways to recreate an intermittent problem. Tom was outstanding and the dealership was very professional and accommodating. My only reason for anything less than 5 stars is due to my vehicle not being cleaned as part of the service.
