Will not bring vehicle here for service again unless I know upfront, to the penny, on paper, what it will cost. Was charged $42 for a 14 Pt Inspection I did not authorize. Received a call saying I needed two additional filters. I said yes to the upsell of 2 filters installed. A 14 Pt Inspection and it’s cost was not discussed during the call. I would not have agreed to the upsell if I had been fully informed of what was included in the charges. You called me to upsell 2 filters... ahead of any 14 Pt Inspection being brought into the picture. Then you could not even complete the service in a timely manner because 1 of the 2 filters was not in stock. More
