Christian has an active pulse on the luxury car market and imparts his knowledge by serving as a vital client advisor to guide you through the purchase and ownership of one of these remarkable machines. I’ve leaned heavily on his intuitive sense of both value and cost; however, he still earns my business on every single transaction. Christian is a rare encounter in the car market and I highly recommend him. More
I would rate my overall experience with this dealership at 2.5 stars. I traveled from Atlantic Beach, Florida on October 20, 2021 to purchase a used 2019 Jaguar E Pace. Long story short, especially if you at 2.5 stars. I traveled from Atlantic Beach, Florida on October 20, 2021 to purchase a used 2019 Jaguar E Pace. Long story short, especially if you are purchasing from out of state, make sure everything is 100% taken care of before you leave the dealership. Communication after the sale for some loose ends that I needed to be rectified has been nothing short of horrible. I have a long list of e-mails that it has been most difficult to get a response. The final straw before I wrote this review was an e-mail I sent to the attention of Chris Graf and cc'd Bo O'neal. I marked the e-mail as priority as I am trying to cancel an extended warranty. The e-mail was sent on the morning of 11/18/21 after I had verified that the warranty company did have the warranty of record and it could be cancelled at that time – Chris was supposed to be following up on this. As of 10:32 a.m. on 11/22 I have not received a response. If this were a one-off situation, I would assume they just missed the e-mail and were surely about to get back in touch with me. Unfortunately, this is a pattern. I previously had to contact Bo O'neal, the GM, because I was not getting a response from Chris on some other issues regarding a refund I was owed as well as title work that was supposed to be sent to Florida. I did finally receive a phone call from Chris after that, but trying to get responses on my subsequent e-mails I have had the same difficulties. I have sent e-mails with 3 questions and get a response in all CAPS that answers one question. I have had to work entirely too much on this transaction after the sale in. For this reason, I would not recommend this dealership. More
