My experience with Maserati has been great from start to finish with purchase BUT, better still is their service manager Emilio! We all know after your purchase it’s the service department we deal with mos finish with purchase BUT, better still is their service manager Emilio! We all know after your purchase it’s the service department we deal with mostly. After all the high end cars I’ve owned it all comes down to the dreaded service dept that’s usually full of attitude and treats you like another number. NOT, my Emilio! He’s a sweet and compassionate guy who genuinely cares about his customers and his job. If he’s not with you when my lease is up ( 2 years ) I’m buying a Volkswagen ! LOL.
