My experience with Maserati Jacksonville has been beyond amazing. From my very first call to the dealership inquiring on a specific vehicle, the customer service has been outstanding. Asia did a phenomenal amazing. From my very first call to the dealership inquiring on a specific vehicle, the customer service has been outstanding. Asia did a phenomenal job working with me and handling my constant text messages and calls. She did a great job making sure I was aware of every thing that was going on and would regularly give me progress updates. I also worked directly with one of the managers (Jose). Jose was also amazing and made sure that I received the best financing possible with a very low interest rate. In all, my experience has been one for the books. I have purchased many vehicles before from other dealerships and have never experienced such a smooth and stress free process like this one. Asia and Jose made sure all of the paperwork was done before heading over to the dealership making the transaction quick and easy. Usually, you expect to spend hours at a dealership. Lucky for me, I was in and out in no more than an hour. Asia is an amazing asset to the sales team at Maserati Jacksonville. Her customer care is top notch. She even spent her own funds to get me a gift card to use at a selection of restaurants as a congratulations gift. This remarkable talent in making sure clients are taken care of will take Asia very far and put Maserati Jacksonville on the map as one of the best dealerships in northern Florida. Word of mouth travels fast and I am sure this dealership deserves every bit of it. More

My rotor are scored and I was told that’s normal wear and tear. My Dodge has the exact same brakes and no scoring. Never got back to me as they were sending it to Maserati.
