Rob was honest and up front, he listened and never pressured me to get another vehicle. The paperwork was completed in a timely fashion — the dealership is awesome. Rob responded to all calls, text, emails promptly; quick and clear communication. Final price was fair (no last-minute surprise). The vehicle delivery presentation was amazing and the big red bow was perfect. I just celebrated a birthday and a few other milestones. Thanks Rob! More

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! So I came in from NYC to buy an X5. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Russell and I thought I made an appointment but I didn’t, ha, regardless he show from NYC to buy an X5. Immaculate condition BMW X5. ill be honest, coming to this dealership intimidated me because of the sheer amount of exotic cars they had that I couldn’t afford. I was wrong , they treated me just like they would if I was buying a Ferrari. I was then greeted by Robert Bilek, coolest guy ever. He made the car buying process so seamless. He let me test drive with no pressure on buying. I loved the car. He also got it down to my price which was under the selling price. They detailed the car for me. Neil, another cool guy, helped me with all the finance stuff. They just made my buying experience a great one. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone buying any car. More

I then went to Maserati of Central Jersey and saw that the quality of their operation was congruent with the excellence of the vehicles they are selling. Larry and Tony made the experience as easy as possible and provided me with the deal I was looking for. Glenn in finance was also very professional. Inexperienced mechanics, horrible customer service Purchased a new Levante from the them. Sales Chris Kang was great and professional. The moment I had to meet with the service problems began. Service department needs to grow a pair, step up and be responsible for mistakes that they made and part that they break. Service lacks professionalism and customer respect. Shane Rotolo, Assistant Service Manager, does not promptly respond to the phone calls or emails. Takes days to know if he got your email and if he will even work on your issue. Service department has no Quality Checks. After several service quality issues they did not bother to QC a car before delivering. As a result one side windshield molding was installed properly, damaged and I had to make another trip to them to replace this part. It took them 1 month to order it. When other dealer said they can have it in 4 days. Also, when installing a car roof rack they managed to install in backwards, ignoring obvious instructions. More
