My only complaint is communication. when I submitted my payment for the work, no one contacted me about the status of my car, and both times I called My only complaint is communication. when I submitted my payment for the work, no one contacted me about the status of my car, and both times I called them I was told "we'll get back to you." No one got back to me but my car was dropped off later that day. Just wish there was a bit better communication there. Also when my car arrived there, the tech in the service video mentioned they were going to do an oil change, but I never asked for that. My issues weren't related, but apparently whoever put my appointment in just labelled it as "service" despite me describing the issue to them. It was only after I called to ask about the oil change that I was able to clarify what I wanted done, as it seemed they didn't know about my initial request at all. Again, just wish the communication, internal and external, was a bit better. You guys are cool though! More
