I've had good experiences with them and not so good experiences. My last experience wasn't so good. I took my car in for an oil change, and waited for a while before I was told there were other thing experiences. My last experience wasn't so good. I took my car in for an oil change, and waited for a while before I was told there were other things that needed to be done and it would be 3-4 HOURS. I wasn't offered a car or a ride, and when I arranged for my own transportation back home, I found my car not in the garage being serviced, but out front in the parking lot next to the space where my ride was parking. When I finally found someone to ask about this, I was told that there was another vehicle in line before my car and mine would be serviced after that. I WAS NOT called with an update later in the day and when I decided to call THEM, to find out when it's get my car back, the dealership was closed! After waiting until the mid afternoon the next day updated, I called THEM and they said it would be later in the day! When I complained that a day and a half was far from the 3-4 hours I was quoted, they said it could be ready by the time I got there. After all of the warranty work had been completed, my oil change (what I went in for) was over $300! I wish I had been informed that a basic oil change would cost so much, as I was not financially prepared for that amount. The customer service was not what I'd experienced previously, which of course was disappointing. More

I have had a few bad experiences with this service center. Last time they actually put the wrong tires on the car after a specific conversation and quote took place. As a result the tires I didnt wa center. Last time they actually put the wrong tires on the car after a specific conversation and quote took place. As a result the tires I didnt want wore out in 7k miles like they always do because they are trash. This time around...the oil change was 30.percent higher than last time with no communication regarding significant higher prices. It is time to go back to the main line which is an additional 45 minutes away but worth it. More
