The organization is clearly, poorly staffed and lacks the ability to communicate effectively. The service took nearly 5 weeks and I had to routinely inquire as to the status. My car was in for service. I went to go pick up my car and the service department was closed before closing hours then the next day they were to bring me my car and then they s I went to go pick up my car and the service department was closed before closing hours then the next day they were to bring me my car and then they said the card that the person that drives the car called out so they couldn't bring me my car, this is not the first incident I had with his dealership. I will not recommend anybody to buy or to get their car serviced at this dealership. They were very unprofessional and I think this will be my last and only time that I will ever buy a Maserati. More
