No one got back to me but my car was dropped off later that day. Just wish there was a bit better communication there. Also when my car arrived there, the tech in the service video mentioned they were going to do an oil change, but I never asked for that. My issues weren't related, but apparently whoever put my appointment in just labelled it as "service" despite me describing the issue to them. It was only after I called to ask about the oil change that I was able to clarify what I wanted done, as it seemed they didn't know about my initial request at all. Again, just wish the communication, internal and external, was a bit better. You guys are cool though! More

The dealership never rotated the tires on the first service. There is premature west on the front two tires due to never being rotated. They tried to sell me two new tires knowing they were still withi service. There is premature west on the front two tires due to never being rotated. They tried to sell me two new tires knowing they were still within range. They also never check the tire pressure on two separate occasions (front are different from rear). The tire rotation was also performed incorrectly. I also had an oil changed completed and the oil indicator is reading low. The service manager charged me for things I didn’t ask for like windshield fluid a high mileage kit and some other bogus charges. I was in the bay and spoke with the tech who showed me around his work which is how I know. The tech also showed me the break wear and said they would be due at some point. He said they are fine for a while, no sooner than I leave the dealership I get a brake warning light to change all the pads. When I questioned the amount of the service the manager gave me a smart comment and I shut him down quickly. I don’t talk to my customers that way and I certainly won’t put up with that from someone who doesn’t have my best interest at heart. Lousy experience from this dealership from the very first day I bought the car. Faulkner seems to think they can outmatch Wilmington pike and offered me incentives to move my business to them. More
