I waited a while to post this review, hoping and thinking time would help pass the experience I had - it didn't. From a buyer standpoint at first, I had a wonderful experience and found the car (2017 GT35 time would help pass the experience I had - it didn't. From a buyer standpoint at first, I had a wonderful experience and found the car (2017 GT350) I wanted. The communication was quick and I was able to stop in to see it, the transaction painless. However, besides that, the lies, deceit, ignorance, and pathetic attempt to recover the situation showed me first hand the pure elementary school level of customer service they (Eddie, Sales Associate & Jaime, Sales Manager) had. What confirmed everything was hearing a similar experience from another Maserati owner at a Cars & Coffee event. After asking very specific questions on a 2017 Shelby GT350 that was traded in, every answer followed in a confident lie. 1) "What was the car traded in for?" - Eddie said the owner bought a Ranger Rover. In fact, it was traded in for a Porsche 718 GT4 2) "Do you know if the vehicle had any engine issues? These cars are known to have oil consumption." - Eddie said none, no issues whatsoever. In fact, it was on the second generation motor after the first had failed (known in some Shelby GT350's). 3) "Any idea if the car had been tracked?" - Eddie said nope, not at all. The car had never been tracked or raced. The truth: The owner had done numerous track events and autocross. The day after purchase, the truth came to head coincidentally as a colleague recognized the vehicle and mentioned he knew the former owner. All the above were complete lies from this dealer simply to close the sale. I have had thankfully no issues with the vehicle, not complaining about the deal, price, or car itself. The pure fact was the blatant lies and back peddling done when confronted. After calling and speaking with Jaime, he offered to buy back the vehicle but said nothing about the lies his employee and he himself backed up. The car hadn't even been detailed, let alone washed - it was basically sprayed down with a hose (sticker glue still on windows, chew bar was in the passenger side pocket). I was so fed up, frustrated and livid about the blatant lies and experience from the ordeal and just wanted it over. I loved the car, and still do - however, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer. Go to the Porsche store in Delaware instead. After I shared this experience, Eddie offered to pay for half of the detail I bought out of pocket and instead ghosted and didn't respond. Avoid Eddie, avoid Jaime, avoid this dealer. More
Found a used 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel with 19,000 miles at Maserati of Wilmington. Talked with Eddy the salesman who swore the truck was extremely clean. The rear tires were completely worn. Numerous dings and scratches. It was very clear that the truck had been in an accident and far from clean. I wasted 6 hours of driving, gas, tolls and a Saturday. Very dishonest dealership. More

My husband bought the car from this dealership. We made an arrangements with the shipping company to ship the car to us. We left the deposit for the car and was awaiting for bill of sale. We made the deal with Eddie ( not sure if this the real name or not, that what he told me), we received the call from him saying that he has a local potential buyer and we need to wait. He told this guy is a priority because he is local and he will pay full asking price and we have to wait till this guy decides to buy the car or not. We left the deposit and made the deal with him before, I think this is a cheap salesman trick for the buyers. Be aware of this dealership. Poor customer service. Asked for the manager he said he is a manager, it seems one-man operation. Not recommended for sure, really bad experience. More
One of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had! I was misled on the price of the car I wanted to buy and misled on the value of my trade in. I came in trying to buy a car outright and the salesman insisted on me financing the car. He didn't even entertain an outright purchase so he could push me to finance something. The general manager allowed the used car manager to hold my car key and kept me on the lot for an addition 90 minutes after the "deal" fell apart. When the used car manager returned my car key I asked if it was common practice to hold the key of a car that the dealership did not own and to take the key off the lot. The used car manager responded in an aggressive and threatening tone of "how dare you ask me such a question". In trying to continue to sell me on the car, the general manager came out and was pointing to another consumer and said "see this car? I'm going to kill them on that car. I don't worry about small deals like yours". He said that the dealership made 500k a month in sales and that a deal like mine wasn't worth his time. It was by far the most unprofessional interaction I've experienced in the auto-shopping environment. I will never purchase a vehicle from a Mike Piazza dealership, especially Maserati of Wilmington Pike. More

Amazing car buying experience!! During such an uncertain time with the Pandemic, I was surprised at how easy it was to buy a car! This is the best car buying experience I have ever During such an uncertain time with the Pandemic, I was surprised at how easy it was to buy a car! This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were pleasant to work with, beat my pre-approved financing, and did 95% of the transaction over the phone and on-line. When we got there all we had to do was test drive the car and sign a couple of papers. I was also impressed at how clean the environment was; they were following social distancing, wearing masks, and following all recommended infection control guidelines. I will definitely look to work with them in the future. More

I was looking for a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio for a month or so but couldn't find one with the options I wanted in NJ Jamie were amazing to deal with. I did all the paperwork online, and was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. The best part of all is they gave me a great price. hands down the best car buying experience. highly recommend!
