I had a great experience with the team I flew in from out of town 930 arrival Phl and was on the road at 11 , the car was exactly as described. The most horrible experience at Maserati of Wilmington pike , I was dealing with a sales person his name Eric to purchase a 2021 Range Rover after all the back-and-forth pricing I make the appointment to pike , I was dealing with a sales person his name Eric to purchase a 2021 Range Rover after all the back-and-forth pricing I make the appointment to visit the dealership to finalize the paperwork when I got there I did check the car it was filthy and dirty and it’s oil all over the engine bay I told Eric why its oil all over the place he said it’s a used car and we don’t have a details person in the dealership to clean our cars, i ask him i wanna talk to your manager . Salas manager Tim Headley, Was unprofessional Sales Manager he told me this is a used car if you don’t want to buy it you can leave right now I was really shocked when he say that and he knows I came from 3 hours away ,we were there me and my wife and two kids so took advantage of the fact i don't have a choice And he walked out on me, and another guy came out he goes you can go back to Virginia. I don’t want to sell you the car with nasty attitude then I find out he was the general manager of the store his name, Jamie DiFebo , after all that they show me the number for the car include $8638 warranty and I asked why are you guys charge me $8638 for something I don’t want and the general manager Jamie DiFebo told me if you don’t buy the warranty I’m not gonna sell you the car and its must and top of that he told me I have to hold one point whatever interest rate you get from the bank , I told him I Works as a finance manager at Jeep store and we never told the customer that because this is not compliance with law and regulations he goes I don’t care this is my rules I can say whatever and they make me buy the warranty for $8638 and they hold one point . When I went to the finance office, to finalize the paperwork he make me only put $5000 down so he can make money on the reserve I was gonna finance half of that amount but he doesn’t let me to do that. I don’t recommend no-one to buy a car from this dealership. More
I recently bought a car at this dealership and wanted to thank Eric Nowicki our sales agent who assisted my wife and I. He was great! Scott Topping, there aren’t enough words of gratitude for him. He was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, genuine and trustworthy. In the short amount of time that my wife and I spent with him he immediately made us feel like family. Overall, I would definitely be doing business with them in the future and would recommend anyone to go there. Thanks guys! More

Terrible experience with Maserati of Willington Pike in Chadds Ford PA. I brought our Maserati to them to fix a stalling problem, I spoke with Josh Johnson, the Service Director and he told me he knew what was wrong with the car and that they could fix it, so I agreed to have them complete the work and pay them the fee they wanted to repair the car. The next day I received a call from Josh, he said good news the car is fixed and ready to be picked up. We drove 2 hours back to the dealership to pick up the car and on our way home the car continued to have stalling issues, actually it was even worse. We called Josh right away and told him that the car wasn't fixed and is now stalling all the time and not safe to drive. He admitted to me that they really didn't know what was wrong with the car. At that point we requested a refund as we would now need to take the car to a different dealership to get fixed and they refused. He said they worked on the car and should be paid. I didn't pay them to work on my car. I paid them to fix it, not make it worse. To make matters even worse, every time we call the dealership to speak with Josh his co-worker Amanda would answer the phone who seems to get great pleasure out of being condescending and as unhelpful as humanly possible... I called another Maserati dealership and told them about our experience with Maserati of Willington Pike and they told me they weren't surprised and in fact they get a lot of business from people who have taken their car too Maserati of Willington Pike and were unhappy. I have owned a lot of high-end cars and trucks and have never been treading like way. I would highly recommend that you avoid the Maserati of Willington Pike dealership in Chadds Ford PA. More
This dealership lies and manipulates, be very wary if you are a woman dealing with the men. They will attempt to twist your words. If you purchase a used vehicle from them get a copy of EVERY single item the are a woman dealing with the men. They will attempt to twist your words. They showed us a piece of "internal only" paper advising they were replacing the brakes and rotors before we drove the car off the lot in December. A week ago the car was at rhe dealership due to an ongoing check engine light issue and we were told the brakes and rotors needed replacing. So, one month of driving the vehicle and we need new brakes and rotors? The work we were promised at the time of purchase was never completed. The GM refuses to have a civil, adult conversation about the concerns regarding the dealership and the lies and half truths that we are dealing with. More
