Took my vehicle right in with a quick turnaround. I always get coupons for oil changes which I use. This service I used my coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The coupon states 69.95 up to 8 qts which is what my vehicle takes and online you advertise 39.95 for air filters except heavy duty vehicles which my Sierra isn’t. When I looked over my bill I feel I was overcharged. The bill came to 142.40. When I went over the bill the way they itemized everything I was overcharged. All they did was bill me as if no coupons then just took 25.00 dollars off. The staff and service is good. I just dislike the little things places do to get a few extra dollars off customers. More

After checking maintenance recommendations of GMC, Michael recommended change of oil in transfer case and front differential. Since I intend on keeping vehicle for at least another 5 years, I had the work performed. More
