Ron, I am sorry that you have experienced these issues with your vehicle and that our employees did not address your concerns in a more positive manner. It is always a challenge when working on older, higher mileage vehicles that you may repair a problem and uncover another. In this case with an 11 year old vehicle with over 215,000 miles we repaired the concerns that you brought the vehicle in for, intermittent starting and loss of electrical power. These repairs triggered a need for the system to be reset. Our team should have picked up on these items. I don't think that there was any dishonesty in this case. Rather, I think our technician was embarrassed that he had not identified the camera and clock not operating properly. Regardless, while you may not come back know our door is always open and that your comments have been used to strengthen our processes. Best, Kevin Ihlefeld General Manager
