Absolutely horrible customer service and communication.I made a service apt 2 weeks prior to dropping my truck of to have a truck side fisher plow installation installed. Truck was dropped off at the dealership the nite before and was told when I made the appointment it would be ready around lunch time the day of my appointment, not only was it not done at that time when I arrived around 4 that afternoon it was still in the same parking as were I had parked it. When I went inside to ask why my vehicle hadn't been worked on I was just giving the run around and was told it would be ready the following day. The extra day I received a call and was told my vehicle was ready for pick up apon picking up my vehicle I noticed wires were chaffed to and some were being pulled down when you applied the brake pedal.I contacted the service manager and he seamed surprised so I sent him pictures of my concerns and he talked with the technician who did the install and had advised i bring it back in and they would repair the harness I declined as I am capable of repairng it myself and didn't have the time to drop off my truck another day. More
Once again, I received immediate service and solution to my catastrophic cooling failure at 4:12 pm. Despite the lateness of the hour staff found a way to get my issue resolved. Ultimately got the job done, but we had to bring the vehicle in several times for the same issue that got worse over time. Finally pushed back so hard that they did what I asked and determined that what vehicle in several times for the same issue that got worse over time. My recommendation is to listen to your customers more and quit thinking we are not smart enough to figure things out, or when we are getting the brush off. The cumulative total time that our vehicle was at Marty’s possession is almost a month. When the final determination was what we’ve been telling you over the course of 8 months, was able to be resolved in 3 business days. That’s time we will never get back trying to deal with your service advisers. But thanks for getting it done. Also if you have someone’s vehicle in your lot for that amount of time. Maybe give it a little bath. Had to scrub the black crud off today. More

Some of the recommended items due for service couldn’t be done due to them not having the oem parts in stock. Also had to complain about the service advisor not aware of there policy of providing a veterans done due to them not having the oem parts in stock. I felt like I was ripped off. Price charged was not the same as Quoted when I was called. I brought my car in for the yearly inspection sticker, and also asked for an oil change and to get a new back wipe same as Quoted when I was called. I received a call, and was given a long list of things to be done, one of which was a brake job. The impression I was left with was that this needed to be done for the inspection. I did not expect this expense so asked for a price. I was told $500. I dd not want to do anything, but again I needed an inspection sticker so what choice did I have. I returned to the dealership. The car was not ready, so I went to the waiting area, and waited I for the process to wrap up. I was then told my bill would be $643. So I mentally added in my head the inspection, wiper and oil change. A total out of pocket cost of $643. The next thing I was told was that the technican just noticed needed an inspection sticker, and I should get that done. So now I was very annoyed. This was the whole reason for my appointment. So the brake job had nothing to do with the inspection? My total bill came to nearly $800. This is quite a bit more than I was expecting. It was clear to the service rep that I was annoyed, yet no effort was put for to improve the visit. Now, I understand the need for a business to push service and on, but it should not come at the expense of suprising the customer, and making them feel like they are being ripped off. And that's how I feel. What could have been done? A coupon to bring down the cost. I actually received one that afternoon in the mail from Marty's when I got home. Obviously the coupon is built into the markup used for service. That gesture could have been done, but wasn't. So instead I left annoyed and do not trust the dealership. More
