Marc, We are sorry that you feel that way. It was regretable that they truck that you purchased came in with damage on it. That was not in our control but we did replace it with brand new parts rather that attempt to repair the damage. And when you came into our service department with a damaged tire that was not warranty worthy I don't think that you would suggest that was the fault of Marty's. It is true that we should have looked at the bigger picture, that being the delivery issue and that it was your second vehicle but we most likely would have had you brought it to our attention at the time. Because we agree, I have issued a reimbursement to you for the tire. Hopefully, over time, you will reconsider your opinion and continue to work with Marty's. GMC is the best truck out there and we have provided great pricing. We also take every criticism and work to improve our processes and customer experiences.
