Marty's GMC responded

Gabrielle, We are sorry that you were unsatisfied and that you declined to have your vehicle repaired. Your service station identified a problem-a misfire. They did not identify the cause of the problem which our shop did. I can appreciate that you wanted to have us install an aftermarket injector after we found which one was causing your concern. For problems such as this we stick to factory parts as they are more reliable and have a better warranty. If, at some point, you reconsider we would be happy to assist. If not, I am certain the money spent to properly diagnose the root of your concern will allow your service station to perform the repair.
