I had an appointment and dropped my truck off first thing Tuesday morning. I got a call at about 5 o’clock saying they never even looked at it and then they would need another day. I didn’t end up getting the truck back until the end of the day Thursday. my work truck! Since they “fixed” it my truck has a horrible wobble and a new weird ticking sound that it didn’t have when I dropped it off so I have to bring it somewhere else. More

I scheduled appt 2 weeks in advance, ordered parts so it was all preordered, when they finally looked at the truck (6 hrs later), the service person wracked up $1500 of “extra things we need to do”; which w was all preordered, when they finally looked at the truck (6 hrs later), the service person wracked up $1500 of “extra things we need to do”; which would’ve brought my bill to $3500…. 2 days before Christmas. When I said I can’t do it, he asked why, I said… it’s 2 days before Christmas, his response was “oh I figured you would just put it on a credit card”. Clearly they just want money. They didn’t even do the Services I needed. I will never shop or go here for service again! More
