I have had wonderful experiences for every interaction with Marty’s. From my initial inquiry to the sales process to my first service call. I got a flat tire just a few weeks after picking up my vehicle ( with Marty’s. From my initial inquiry to the sales process to my first service call. I got a flat tire just a few weeks after picking up my vehicle ( hit a major pothole!) and they took care of me quickly and professionally. I was embarrassed that I needed a new tire so soon after getting my Envision ( and now wish I had taken the optional tire package!), but they were not the least bit snarky about it - although they had every right to be!
