Marty's GMC - Service Center

I had my truck up there for a few months with a list of problems that would be covered by warranty. One of the problems was that when I auto started my truck it would make a loud high pitch noise from the problems that would be covered by warranty. One of the problems was that when I auto started my truck it would make a loud high pitch noise from the front driver side of the truck. Was told they couldn’t get it to make that noise. Picked it up today and I auto started it and lo and behold right my luck or definitely lack of even trying it made the noise for me on the first auto start I did in 2 months. I also opened up my hood and it was covered in dirt and dust to the point I have to wash it down myself. After a 6100 dollar bill that was paid in full. They could have at least had it cleaned and now when I open my door it sounds like a the gaskets on the door seal are sticking. Adam was rude to customers over the phone and if he wants to have words with me I’ll be honored to tell him how I feel. He said no one had time to wash my truck but when I was there a service rider was on Facebook on his computer looking up properties for sale and then went on to look at vintage toy tanks for sale. I highly highly disagree with the family like of this business. Want to make it right get my truck washed and let me prove to you that it makes a noise upon auto start but we all know they won’t since they say they are backed up for warranty work until march and they won’t provide a loaner. You want a honest review here y’all have it. More
