Salesman very good and knowledgeable about the truck I was looking at. Did not pressure me into buying. Went thru a lot of electronics in the truck before my purchase. Staff communicated well and provide detailed explanation of the work that was completed. They ordered parts needed immediately letting me know they were on back order but they would let me know as soon as t of the work that was completed. Went in for heated/cooled seat recall/retrofit a few months back. First they had the wrong parts; understandable, went back two months later to get the correct parts installed, left my truck all day whi months back. First they had the wrong parts; understandable, went back two months later to get the correct parts installed, left my truck all day which was an inconvenience as there was no loaner vehicle. At the completion of the job I inspected the installation, nothing worked as they had not even touched the truck, the blank buttons were still there from the factory. I let that go as the gave me a free oil change. This brings me to the most recent service; oil change, tire rotation and heated steering wheel recall, first was a broken connector that required me to leave my vehicle for an extra day, then when I get my truck home I realize that the oil was never changed. I am done with this dealership and the unprofessional customer service. Time is money and Marty’s gmc has wasted way too much of mine to get my business. More
