I hated every single second of interaction with every single person in that building. Incredibly rude, inconsiderate and lazy. Either the service department barely knows how to perform their job and are single person in that building. Incredibly rude, inconsiderate and lazy. Either the service department barely knows how to perform their job and are too lazy to learn it, or they are the shadiest slimiest place on the south shore and want to do nothing but suck time and money out of you rather than help you.
