Dan, I am sorry to see that you are dissatisfied. It is disappointing when you don't qualify for available incentives but that is really nothing that we at Marty's can control. Specifically, the loyalty incentive and the GM Financial incentive. As discussed, in order to receive the loyalty incentive ($250) you must currently own a vehicle that would allow you to qualify. You did not although you had in the past. Regarding the GM Financial incentive ($250) you must have financed your new vehicle with GM Financial. You did not because you were able to secure a considerably better financing package elsewhere saving you much more than the rebate. You may think that we should have just eaten the uncollectable incentives but that doesn't seem fair. If you felt that we were not attentive to you I do apologize, we value every customer and opportunity to serve. I will address that with all involved in an effort to do better in the future. We are very sorry that you find our service horrible. Over the last year we have had the opportunity to service your vehicle 6 times. Over the past year and 6 visits the vehicle has accumulated over 100,000 miles. While the engine light has come on several times with in the year and 100,000 miles it has never been for the same reason. The light comes on as a warning for various systems as a precaution indicating that a repair or maintenance is required. Weak batteries, glow plug issues, low coolant, and clogged air filters all trigger an engine light to come on. It does seem that it should not happen several times within a one year time period, but when balanced against the mileage usage it begins to become more understandable. Thankfully, your vehicle has performed admirably and has only needed repairs that are considered maintenance over its 165,000 total miles. For our part we seek always to serve you, and all our customers, with the utmost respect and timeliness. It is unfortunate that you do not feel the same way. I send the truck with 30 , 70 thousand miles with the engine light on, and then with 100 thousand miles , now the last time was for recall and of course on the letter that was send never said about miles , but they said was only until 150 thousand miles and my truck has 160 , with already fix the same issue with payment! I understand this a business and everybody want to make money but not This way !
