All was great until the finance officer ran the sales pitch for the extended warranty and add ons showing me the costs of each plan but never showing me the cost of the loan without any extras. I thought the cheapest option was the cost of the loan without add-ons. I feel you should always be shown all values. Felt like I was scammed. Once I realized was charged around $6ooo over the original loan amount had them remove it from the contract. More

I had 10:00am appointment to have a key/remote replaced for a Buick Envision, it was finished and I left at 11:45am-ridiculous!! It shouldn’t take an hour and 45 minutes, I had Dodge remote replaced the da for a Buick Envision, it was finished and I left at 11:45am-ridiculous!! It shouldn’t take an hour and 45 minutes, I had Dodge remote replaced the day before and it took 15 minutes. I won’t go back to Marty’s. More

Bought a brand new truck beginning of the fall from associate troy who was great to deal with. went to pick it up, and was informed that the bumper was dented getting off the truck, something I would’v associate troy who was great to deal with. went to pick it up, and was informed that the bumper was dented getting off the truck, something I would’ve noticed when initially buying and looking at the truck. Was told new bumper was being ordered and would be replaced, so ok no problem I guess. Well on the drive home I noticed smoke coming from engine bay, Chalked it up to being a new motor, only to pop the hood the next day to find they left the oil dip stick out while performing final check before turning over vehicle. Took in for sticker and to have engine bay cleaned, luckily I checked because they forgot to clean engine bay. Drove back troy made sure it was done but literally looked like all they did was spray down with water, so I had to do ut myself. Now we are on the the glorious warranty I was sold and lied to abt by Roberto, I needed the paint fixed from rocks or something running into it, which I was told little dents and paint was covered under warranty, turns out it’s not. While trying to schedule service for paint had to be transferred to another service manager because their manager Mike is condescending and has an attitude, guy I was transferred to was pleasant and tried to be helpful. I asked to talk to Roberto to go over the warranty, left message was never contacted by him to go over warranty or service to make appointment. Now we are on my 6 month service, call get mike again, talk to him for abt ten minutes till I finally had it and had to get transferred again to bill. Make appointment with bill. get a call day before that they have no loaner car for me thats covered under my warranty, ok no problem i understand scheduling can be tough. Received automated reminder call abt appointment after I thought it was cancelled, so I call to make sure everything good, unfortunately get mike again asked to be transferred, when he asks why I said me and you don’t seem to get along, Mike says, that’s what you say, I said yes man it’s because of your attitude, again he says that’s what you say. So I say please just transfer me to a manager. Legit spending a lot of a truck and a warranty and this is how they treat customers. Troys a nice young guy and the other service tech months ago was nice, but mike shouldn’t be dealing with the public, and even though bill was nice he talked over me the whole time and couldn’t be bothered to listen. Seriously questioning wether to bring my truck there and as far as buying I do t know if I’ll do that either being I have to deal with the service department and others not being honest or caring after a sales made. More
