Very disappointed , sent me home with a cracked windshield ,still is not fixed .Bought July 18, had car for four days before I picked it up still is not fixed. The day I drove it home I noticed it halfway home called Sabrina she said it was fixed , I said no it isn't if it was fixed I shouldn't see it. So as you can see it's been awful no one is in a hurry to fix my windshield this car shouldn't have been allowed off the lot with a broken windshield. More

The service advisor called me with the cost of repair. I asked him why so much. He did not explain the actual charges. I told him to proceed. I picked my truck up that evening just before closing. But obviously paid it. I called Adam the following morning to have him explain the invoice. He explained the process but became impatient and a bit belligerent with me, He said you can speak with my manager, I said I trying to work this out with you. He continued with his unprofessional tone. I then said I will speak with the manager. Peter Whalen called me back about an hour later. I explained my issue with the bill of $557.00 in labor and $77.00 in parts. No adjustments were made to my bill. I have been doing business with Marty's for over 30 years.
