We are very sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately, the miscommunication occurred when you were at the dealership and discussed your service needs with our consultant and they were slightly different than the online appointment. That is not an uncommon occurrence. Many times customers add to or subtract from the online appointment request when they discuss their needs with a service consultant. Our service department then performs the work as written on the customer repair order and signed off by the customer as they did here. When it was brought to our attention that you wanted an additional service there was no hesitation in immediately bringing your truck into the service department and performing the rotation. Rob, I am sorry that you feel that our service was terrible. It is true that if debris is in the blower motor for a prolonged period of time it could cause a failure. However, that was not the case here. In this case the bearing failure was identified immediately and upon inspection there was no debris found. Unfortunately, as vehicles age and accumulate mileage (92,000) the probability of failure increases.
