I purchased a 2017 GMC with the help of Lisa K. I went to the dealership to purchase a used GMC and was greeted with a smile almost immediately by Lisa and left having purchased a new 2017. I did not feel pressured and enjoyed my experience with Lisa . I do need to return and purchase some accessories as I cannot seem to complete the purchase from the GMC site and there is not a phone number available. I will probably also take Lisa up on her wonderful offer to help with some follow up advice about the functions of my new vehicle. More

We stopped in just to get an idea of what was out there for new vehicles. After talking with my wife Paul brought out the perfect vehicle that my wife fell in love with after a short test drive. Paul helped guide us through the paperwork and gave several follow up phone calls to make sure my wife understood all the bells and whistles that she was not accustomed to. As one who does not enjoy the game of haggling over cost I told Paul upfront that I was not playing the game. I had an idea of what we were willing to pay and Paul gave us a deal that fell in where we wanted to be. With all the bad stories about "Used Car Salesmen" Paul gives the term a totally opposite meaning. It was a pleasure working with him. More

We had visited several dealerships throughout New England and it was Donald's customer service skills that made the sale. The trade-in process was not ideal. I do not believe this had anything to do with Donald. The trade-in values online through Kelley Blue Book do not match what was offered and we ultimately decided to keep the vehicle . More
