Sales manager Ron is a complete xxxxxxxx. Joel was great but the sales manager on or around July 15 i came in and they gave me a price of 55k on the gmc AT4 with the 6.2 and the crew cab fully Joel was great but the sales manager on or around July 15 i came in and they gave me a price of 55k on the gmc AT4 with the 6.2 and the crew cab fully loaded and i said i want 53 Ron comes out and says why not 52 or 51 and i say yup and he goes this truck i can’t go to 53 on but if you get this truck we ordered today that will come in on 8/15 you’ll save three grand or better because you’re sacrificing 3k in options. So i said sure I’ll wait well September 3rd comes and it comes in and he goes it’s 58k for a truck with 3k less in featured so i am paying more for a truck with less. And he says he never said that and lied to my face he knew how bad i wanted that truck and he completely took advantage of a 100 percent disabled veteran i would never recommend that sales manager he openly lied to my face the only thing I’ll recommend is Joel is was a great sales associate. I felt taken advantage of and then he tried to lie and say in July i qualifies for more incentives but that was a lie it was always the same never more. Ron is a complete xxxx of the earth i have zero respect for him people like him is what gives your industry a bad name. And the banks you use to finance are xxxx on a brand new vehicle with a 736 credit score i got a 7.3 percent interest rate,Thank you and have a nice day. More
