I would expect that a company and sales person with that much experience to offer better customer service. Poor internal communication. The next car we looked at was about to be sold out from under us after we offered to put a deposit on it and we’re told we didn’t have to. We wanted to check out another car from your Bourne sites before we committed. Seemed to be too hard to get that car to Kingston. Several excuses were made and dates were indicated to us that did not come to fruition. Took 8 days to get the registration. Then the car could not be inspected since your detailer disconnected the battery and the sensor needed to be “driven in for 200 miles. Once that was done the check engine light came on. Yet another 200 miles. One bad step after another. We have purchased 3 cars there and try to be loyal customers. The loyalty is not returned however. Not likely to return for the next car. Even my young adult children ( college age) asked why we went to this company. I don’t have a good response for them. More

The dealer was not properly prepared for my arrival. As a result, after driving almost 3 hours to get to the dealer, I had to sit around for almost 5 hours before I was able to leave with my new truck a As a result, after driving almost 3 hours to get to the dealer, I had to sit around for almost 5 hours before I was able to leave with my new truck and on top of that the truck did not get registered to the business as requested. Additionally, after the 3 hours trip home I noticed the front drivers plastic panel was sticking out because the plastic tab is broken. This vehicle had a turn signal recall which required removal of this panel to complete. It seems obvious it was damaged. Also the plastics in the frunk are also not sitting correctly, also needed removal for the recall. After a previous review of the dealership they emailed saying they would take care of it but I never heard from them. Apparently that was just to help mitigate the poor review. I have purchased a dozen vehicles in the last couple years and this was by far the worst experience. More
