I recently purchased my new GMC Denali Sierra in February, nothing but the run around after I made the deal official, my fault for trusting. So they didn't offer new tires which needed to be replaced, I asked them to and they which I appreciated and they weren't going to give me new front bottom piece as the original was a cut out for plow. Then I asked and they said they will order. So it took a while for that to come in and during this the salesman Troy was professional and helped me his best. But I also had to wait for the second set of keys to be made for a month. And during my time waiting for the keys and front piece my driver side automatic foot/step runner was ridiculously squeaky and sticking and they had me bring it in to service and would be taken care of as I shouldn't have to pay for issues that were and should have been addressed during their safety inspection which I told the salesman about too, and all they did was lube it!! I could have done that!! The motor assembly is not working properly and needs to be replaced hence the sticking and whining noise upon opening and closing. This is still happening even after the lube job. All they had to do was be honest with me and tell me it needs to be replaced! I don't know if I can honestly say I'd purchase my next vehicle here because of my service experience with Marty's GMC. Today, the automatic runner is stuck closed!! Not fum when you expect it to open up as you step out of vehicle! Maybe they will replace it now. More

Great customer service, Ihsane worked quickly and within 4 days drove out on my truck. A little disappointed at the financial dept. I got there and as i am signing the paper work, I find out I am the co signer and that was the only way i could get a business loan. No other options were given to me, perhaps i could put more money down to ease the process but no other options were presented and i only found out as i was signing the papers. Just purchased a trade in from Marty's Buick GMC. I did travel 1000 mile to pick up the truck. Truck was paid in full for the asking price. When I got in the dealer parking lot your salesman Zack had a sur travel 1000 mile to pick up the truck. Truck was paid in full for the asking price. When I got in the dealer parking lot your salesman Zack had a surprise for me. A surprise that will cost me later $350. Now I do have a question ; what kind of a car dealer sale you a car that has only one key? or better question is: what kind of a car dealer waits for you in the parking lot , after you already purchase the car to tell you that he has only one ignition key. I tried to reason with Zack the salesmen. No remorse ... quite disappointed. More
