My timing could not have been worse: I arrived at the end of the work day last Friday not knowing that the dealership had closed early for what looked like a cookout on the property. I had just picked u end of the work day last Friday not knowing that the dealership had closed early for what looked like a cookout on the property. I had just picked up a new travel trailer and noticed a weird sound coming from the engine. I did not want to hit the road on Monday with a new camper and trouble under the hood.. The response of your staff could not have been better. Three of your folks left the cookout to assess the problem. Your service man concluded that he needed to see the truck in the shop to know what was going on. He arranged for me to have the first possible appointment Monday morning. I was there at 8:30 am and on my way back home by 9:30 with the problem solved. My cost was zero, as the problem was covered by my warranty. Recall ECU Reprogramming The scheduling, and work were done in a timely and professional manner. After getting the vehicle back I noticed that the dashboard screen showed that The scheduling, and work were done in a timely and professional manner. After getting the vehicle back I noticed that the dashboard screen showed that the fuel filter life was at 100% (it was 12% when I dropped it off). I called service back to ask if the filter had been changed (didn't show that it was on receipt), but they were unavailable, so I left a messa ge with the receptionist to have service return my call. They never did. More
