My timing could not have been worse: I arrived at the end of the work day last Friday not knowing that the dealership had closed early for what looked like a cookout on the property. I had just picked u end of the work day last Friday not knowing that the dealership had closed early for what looked like a cookout on the property. I had just picked up a new travel trailer and noticed a weird sound coming from the engine. I did not want to hit the road on Monday with a new camper and trouble under the hood.. The response of your staff could not have been better. Three of your folks left the cookout to assess the problem. Your service man concluded that he needed to see the truck in the shop to know what was going on. He arranged for me to have the first possible appointment Monday morning. I was there at 8:30 am and on my way back home by 9:30 with the problem solved. My cost was zero, as the problem was covered by my warranty. Conclusion: Excellent service provided by excellent people. Many thanks to the team at Marty's Chevrolet! More
